Terril Goudie is absolutely the best! My husband and I were looking for a winter home, online, when Terril picked up the phone and called me on the one I was looking at. Other Realtors just texted or emailed me. He asked for the precise homes we were looking for and began sending us info/listings. We decided to go look in person over a 3-4 day time frame. Terril met us exactly on time at our first showing. He had everything lined up for the day. He had 10 listings printed out w/ all the info. By day 3 we had narrowed it down and made an offer.
